With the continuous development of educational concepts and Internet technology,English teaching forms are constantly innovated.As a product of the development of the Internet,micro-lecture are widely used in English teaching.Contemporary primary school students are exposed to the Internet and electronic products,they can quickly accept the teaching form of micro-lecture.The teaching of grammar in primary school is a monotonous and boring part in the whole primary school English learning,but the importance of grammar teaching is especially emphasized in the new curriculum standards.Therefore,the application of micro-lecture in primary school English grammar teaching can help students improve their English grammar performance and learning interest,which is worthy of the attention of primary school English teachers.Based on this,this study selects all the students and English teachers in grade 6 of H primary school in kunshan as the object of investigation.Using questionnaire survey to investigate the English grammar learning status of grade 6 students in this school,and using Interview method to investigate the English grammar teaching status of teachers in this primary school.Based on teacher interviews and student questionnaires,the following problems are found in English grammar teaching in this primary schools,such as the teaching method is unitary,the teaching focus is not prominent and the students’ differences are ignored.In view of the above problems,the relevant features of micro-lecture can effectively solve these problems.In order to verify whether the application of micro-lecture in primary school English teaching can improve students’ performance and interest,two classes in the sixth grade of the school were selected to conduct micro-lecture experiment.Choosing the grammar time of unit 2 in the first volume of grade 6 of Yilin edition of primary school English textbook(starting point of grade 3)as an example to design the micro-lecture curriculum and apply the micro-lecture experiment to the experimental class.Contrast the grammar score and English grammar learning questionnaire in the experimental class and the comparative class,finding the following conclusions: the application of micro-lecture in elementary school English grammar teaching can significantly improve the students’ grammatical grades,improve students’ interest in learning English grammar as well as the students to improve English grammar learning attitude.In order to improve the using of micro-lecture in primary school English grammar teaching for the majority of front-line teachers,the following suggestions are put forward: first,establish a student-centered micro-lecture system,so that micro-lecture teaching can fit students’ learning interests and habits.Second,establish the learning cooperation platform of micro-lecture,so that teachers and students can correctly understand the use of micro-lecture.Third,construct the primary school English micro-lecture teaching organization support system,the establishment of inter-school English micro-lecture resource sharing platform and regional micro-lecture resource management system.Fourth,optimize the development environment of micro-lecture and actively promote the use of micro-lecture in teaching.
