| Since entering the information age,informatization teaching ability has gradually been valued by the state.Scholars at home and abroad have conducted extensive and in-depth research on a series of problems in informatization teaching ability,such as concepts,development,and current status.It is a research hotspot and difficulty in this field.Based on the previous discussion on the connotation of informatization teaching,this study summarizes the connotation and structure of the informationization teaching ability of junior middle school English teachers through literature research,and selects two junior middle school English teachers whose informational teaching ability is at the upper middle level as The research object,based on the existing evaluation index system of primary and middle school teachers’ informatization teaching ability,using NVivo analysis tools,from the three major dimensions of informatization instruction design ability,informatization instruction implementation ability and informatization instruction evaluation ability to two research subjects An in-depth course analysis was carried out,and in-depth interviews were conducted with the interview method to improve the informatization ability of the research object,so as to discover the general laws and existing problems of the junior middle school English teachers in the improvement of informatization teaching ability.The countermeasures to improve the junior middle school English teachers’ information teaching ability are given.The specific conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The process of improving the information teaching ability of individual junior middle school English teachers is staged.Factors that affect the improvement of junior high school English teachers’ informatization teaching ability include teachers’ participation in informatization teaching process,teachers’ personal factors and external support of the organization.Among them,the process of teachers’ participation in informatization teaching affects the level of teachers’ informatization teaching ability;personal factors of teachers change the progress of informatization teaching ability improvement,including teachers’ personal consciousness,teachers’ basic information skills,and reflection evaluation.At the same time,the external support of the organization will also indirectly affect the improvement of teachers’ informatization teaching ability,including pre-employment training,on-the-job training,software and hardware foundation,etc.2.To improve the information teaching ability of junior middle school English teachers,it is necessary to act simultaneously from the aspects of teachers’ individual,professional development support system construction and schools.In terms of individual teachers,first of all,teachers should establish advanced and correct teaching concepts,strengthen the learning of teaching theories,and improve the information application skills of teachers;constantly improve the integration of information technology and subject teaching,and enhance their research capabilities.With regard to the construction of a professional development support system,the education department should improve the teacher training system and establish a teacher growth file.Change the training content to meet the needs of teachers.Change training methods,carry out network training in a timely manner,and strengthen follow-up guidance after training.At the same time,schools should pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’ information teaching ability,establish and complete supporting systems and hardware facilities,and carry out school-based research.Reduce the non-teaching tasks of teachers,so that teachers can devote their energy to teaching. |
