Management Practice Of Sanya Islamic Activity Place Optimization Research

Religion has become a force of social governance since the day of its birth.How to guide religion to become a positive force that assists the government in social management,and eliminate its negative influence as much as possible,"taking the essence and discarding the dross",is what the government officials have been thinking about for a long time.For a long time,a pattern of coexistence of multiple religions has been formed in many regions.For the government,it is not only a pressure and challenge,but also a significant historical opportunity.Therefore,religion has also become an important research content in public administration.Hainan is a multi-ethnic populated province,especially of Sanya,contains all ethnic groups such as Li,Miao,Hui,and Han who have lived in Hainan for a long time.At the same time,Sanya is also a region where multiple religions coexist,including Christianity,Buddhism,and Islam.Islam has the largest number of followers and is a major religious force in Sanya.Therefore,the study of its management has become a very important content in the management of government functions.Due to the development trend of Hainan in recent years,from the establishment of the province to the construction of an international tourist island,there has been a large gathering of foreign populations,and due to its unique climate,the influx of a large number of foreigners has brought certain impacts and challenges to the management of the Islamic venues in Sanya.This paper uses a semi-structured interview method to conduct empirical research on Islamic venues in the city of Sanya.Based on a large number of references and literatures,it sorts out the development of religious-related management system in China and conducts an in-depth analysis on the current management status of Islamic venues in Sanya.Detailed investigations and studies have been conducted on the operation and management mode of the venues,and thedynamic research has been carried out on the significant differences in the number of believers during peak season versus off-peak season in the tourist city of Sanya.It is proposed that the management team in the venue management process needs to improve their management skills.The chaotic management of religious supplies and the incomplete supporting facilities of the place were analyzed in depth.Some root reasons were found include the low level of education of the training staff,frequent external communications,and unsound management procedures of the venue.Based on the findings,this paper attempts to propose targeted solutions including strengthening the top-level design,standardizing the behavior of training staff members,establishing an access system,standardizing the management of religious supplies,and solving the problem of legalization of venue use.Islamic religious activities will better serve the healthy development of local society if we are to explore and discover an innovative model of Islamic management model.
