Since the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization in China,rural residents have a stronger demand in the enjoyment of cultural aspects.For rural residents,cultural life is based on cultural infrastructure.On the whole,the rural public cultural infrastructure in Renze District of Xingtai City is facing many shortcomings,which to some extent lead to the cultural demand of rural residents can not be fully met.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the supply of rural public cultural infrastructure in Renze District from the perspective of farmers’ demand.Based on the idea of equalization of public goods,new public services and basic public services,this paper analyzes the supply of rural public cultural infrastructure from the perspective of farmers’ demand,combined with the results of 387 questionnaires on about 15 villages in Renze District of Xingtai City.The results show that the rural public cultural infrastructure displays an upward trend in supply,but it still faces many problems such as low utilization rate,insufficient input and deviation of supply.After analyzing the causes,it is found that the grass-roots government pays insufficient attention to it,the public cultural talents are lacking,and the will of the people is not paid attention to,which leads to the problem Therefore,to optimize the supply and utilization of rural public cultural infrastructure and make it accessible to rural residents in Renze District of Xingtai City,the supply concept of demand-oriented should be established first.The second the relevant mechanism and the investment should be improved.The last but not the least,public cultural service personnel in rural areas also should be strengthened.
