| With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,more and more people are learning Chinese to understand China.In order to meet the rapidly growing demand of Chinese teachers all over the world,the Sino foreign language exchange and cooperation center has sent Chinese teachers volunteers to all over the world.As the 17 th batch of Volunteer Chinese teachers to Thailand in 2018,the author worked in Vocational and technical schools and found that there were problems in the classroom management of Volunteer Chinese teachers in Thai vocational schools.Therefore,this paper draws lessons from the research on classroom management behavior at home and abroad,makes a detailed investigation and Analysis on the classroom management behavior of Chinese teachers volunteers in vocational schools in Thailand,and puts forward some constructive suggestions,so as to help teachers improve their classroom management ability.The thesis consists of the following five parts:First of all,the introduction part of this thesis introduces the background and research methods of this thesis,combs the research status from the aspects of early classroom management at home and abroad,classroom management of Chinese as a foreign language,classroom management behavior of Chinese teachers,points out the achievements and shortcomings of the existing research results,and points out the innovation of this thesis.In addition to the introduction,this thesis consists of four chapters.The first chapter introduces the relevant overview of classroom management,defines the concepts related to classroom management,and clarifies the theories related to classroom management that provide theoretical support for this thesis.This thesis points out the particularity of classroom management of TCFL from two aspects of teaching object and teaching environment.The second chapter carries on the statistics and analysis to the questionnaire of this thesis,focuses on the analysis of the basic situation of teachers,Thai vocational school students’ classroom problem behaviors and Thai vocational school volunteer Chinese teacher classroom management behaviors,through real and vivid classroom management cases and interviews,specifically reflects the problems of volunteer Chinese teacher classroom management in Thai vocational school.The third chapter mainly studies the causes of classroom management problems of volunteer Chinese teachers in Thai vocational schools from four aspects: teachers,students,environment and rules.The fourth chapter mainly puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of teachers’ self-improvement,students’ attention,the arrangement of classroom environment and the formulation and implementation of classroom rules,in order to provide help for the volunteer Chinese teachers to carry out classroom management.Based on the investigation and research on the classroom management behaviors of volunteer Chinese teachers who went to Thai vocational schools in 2018 and 2019,this thesis finds that the problems of classroom management behaviors of Chinese teachers in Thai vocational schools are mainly caused by teachers themselves,students,classroom environment and classroom rules,etc.Teachers should constantly improve their classroom management behaviors from the aspects of improving their teaching and management ability,giving full attention to students,building a good classroom environment and reasonably formulating and implementing classroom rules,so as to improve the classroom management effect. |
