| China’s industrialization started from military modernization,and the construction of military enterprises plays an important role in the process of realizing military modernization.Northeast China is known as the "Oriental Balkans",which became the focus of Japanese and Russian competition at the end of the 19 th century and the beginning of the 20 th century.For the Qing Dynasty,it was very necessary to maintain the long-term stable rule of Northeast China for the protection of the dragon vein and the protection of the capital.In this case,we need a strong military force to compete with it,and it is particularly important to train the army and establish an arsenal.The period from 1882 to 1911 was the initial stage of northeast military industry,In these 29 years,the Qing government established a series of machinery bureaus,gunpowder bureaus and repair facilities in Hei,Ji and Liao.Their existence played an important role in strengthening the combat effectiveness of local defense forces and maintaining territorial integrity.This paper focuses on the development of northeast military industry from the end of the Qing Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty.At the same time,the research of northeast military enterprises in the late Qing Dynasty also has a foundation significance for the analysis of the start of northeast modern industry.This paper is mainly divided into three parts: the first part expounds the domestic and international problems faced by the northeast after the Sino Japanese War of1894-1895,indicating the necessity of establishing and developing military industry in the northeast and its historical mission;the second part is the key part of the article,which discusses in detail the development of military enterprises in the northeast after the Sino Japanese War of 1894-1895;the third part is the experience of the Northeast military enterprises in the early 20 th century The recovery after the war and explore the Northeast military enterprises in the political,economic and military impact on the northeast. |
