| At the moment of economic globalization, waltz dance has entered China for 30 years in view of the dual attributes of sports and artistry, waltz dance is quite popular.Traditional waltz dance training generally focus on strength training, but with the continuous updating of dance technology and competition system, waltz dance puts forward higher requirements on Waltz dancers. Therefore,it is not only necessary for us to explore the physical characteristics, dance culture and technical movements of foreign excellent dancers, but also to lay emphasis on advanced training methods in the first place. The research methods of present study mainly conclude literature review, expert interview, experiment and mathematical statistics.Thirty female college students from Xi’an University of technology were selected as the experimental subjects and divided into the experimental group and the control group. In this study, two different strength training methods, core strength training and traditional strength training, are integrated into the teaching and training process of waltz dance specialization. Finally, combined with the core strength evaluation method and WDSF 2.1 scoring system, the study further analyzes the effects and application of core strength training in the teaching process on the waltz basic dance steps.Through the experimental process,30 non-physical education majors of Xi’an University of technology were trained for 12 weeks. Finally, analysis according to the experimental intervention showed that:the average value of 60 seconds supine from both ends of the experimental group increased by 6,the control group increased by 2;60 seconds prone dorsal muscle experimental group increased by 6,the control group increased by 2;60 seconds left lumbar experimental group increased by 8,the control group increased by 6;60 seconds right lumbar experimental group increased by 7 in the control group and 2 in the control group. Both core strength training and traditional strength training had an impact on core muscles. After the experiment, the static balance ability of Romberg in the experimental group was 51.7 seconds, and that in the control group was 41.4 seconds,P=0<0.05.After the experiment, the average score of Waltz technique quality of the experimental group was 1.4 points higher than that of the control group(P=0.001<0.05).After the experiment, the scores of Waltz Dance completion of the experimental group and the control group were 86.6 and 86.3 respectively,P=0.753>0.05,there was no difference, indicating that core strength training had no effect on dance completion. In conclusion, after 12 weeks of teaching experiment, the data were collected, sorted and analyzed:(1)Core strength and traditional waist and abdomen strength training showed a positive impact on the strength of the core part, there was no significant difference in the effect on dorsal muscle, but in comparison, the effect of core strength training on abdominal muscles and lateral lumbar muscles was more prominent and significant.(2)The enhancement of the core muscles greatly improved the balance ability of the experimental group.(3)In the waltz technical quality evaluation, the average score of the test group members after core strength training was relatively higher than that of the test group members after traditional waist and abdomen training, which showed that core strength training is more suitable for improving the technical level of Waltz Dance practitioners than traditional strength training.(4)Strength training showed no obvious effect on the completion of waltz dance, but was more affected by the length and frequency of practice. |
