Research On The Development Evaluation And Construction Path Of Jingdezhen Creative City

The concept of creative city is based on the emergence of creativity in the dominant position in economy,and the necessary stage for the city to develop to a higher level.Its rise and development is based on profound historical background and deep reasons.Creative city is based on the creativity of culture and technology,which extends to all fields of Creative City,is the renewal of the whole city,the scientific concept of sustainable development of the city,and a city revival and development mode with innovative vitality and cultural creativity.There are many researches on the theoretical definition of creative cities in China,and few researches on the evaluation system and construction path of the construction level of creative cities,and there is no mature system yet.This paper attempts to establish a more scientific evaluation system of creative city construction level which is suitable for domestic cities on the basis of the definition of creative city.Under the background that the three-year action plan of Jingdezhen national ceramic culture inheritance and innovation pilot zone(2019-2021)has been fully launched,this paper studies the evaluation system of domestic creative city construction level and the construction path of Jingdezhen creative city.First of all,this paper analyzes the existing theories of creative city at home and abroad,and makes clear the definition of creative city and the construction path of foreign classic creative city;Secondly,through the comparative study of "3T" theory and "3S" theory,it puts forward that creative economy,creative environment and creative talents are the three core elements of creative city;Thirdly,this paper studies the evaluation index system of domestic and foreign representative creative cities,establishes the evaluation index system of Creative Cities Based on the core elements,evaluates and compares the construction level of Jingdezhen,Xi’an and Suzhou creative cities through the coefficient of variation weight method and TOPSIS method,and mainly analyzes the attraction of Jingdezhen to the creative class by using the questionnaire survey method.Through the analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)through the evaluation of the construction level of Jingdezhen creative city,it is found that the construction level of Jingdezhen creative city has advantages in the creative environment,while the development of creative economy and creative talents needs to be improved(2)The results show that the attraction of Jingdezhen to the creative class mainly lies in cultural atmosphere,creative service provision and creative environment(3)Based on the foundation and current situation of Jingdezhen’s creative city construction,combined with the evaluation results,this paper puts forward some ideas and corresponding policy suggestions on the construction path of creative service-oriented creative city.
