| Teacher-student interaction plays an important role in primary school.In English class,most of teachers strengthen the interaction.Effective interaction can not only ensure quality of class,but also promote the relationship between them.Teacher-student interaction is significant to us and it affects students,academic achievements and teaching quality.The new curriculum reform emphasizes student-oriented environment.With the continuous reform,there have been some changes and improvements in the interaction in primary school.Teachers have begun to pay attention to students,and teaching has achieved some results.However,we can not ignore the problems and shortcomings in this reform.In this study,the writer use questionnaire and classroom observation to study the current situation.From the micro aspect,the author walked into the X primary school in Chongqing and studied the interaction.The interaction between teachers and students is mainly observed from five aspects.The writer tell the differences among time,content,form,frequency and so on.It is found that the interactive time distribution is unbalanced,the objects are unequal,and the interaction between teachers and students lacks substantial and deep interaction.The reasons are as follows:The classroom organization is single,the concept of teacher lags behind,and the individual difference of student development is ignored.There are pressure of education and classroom evaluation.In view of the above problems,this study expounds the analysis and refection on the existing problems in primary school.And the writer puts forward the improvement strategies of teacher-student interaction in school.First,strengthen the professional training.Second,give students chances to take part in activities.Third,achieve effective classroom interaction.Fourth,pay attention to evaluations in class.Fifth,plan some interaction among teachers,students,groups. |
