The Study Of Xiang Song Ci

Xiang Song Ci is the only separate collection of works that Zhao Xi published in the book during his lifetime.The collection of poems was mainly created from 1915 to 1920,which was in the early days of the Republic of China.During this period,the social and people’s livelihood in Sichuan area,the changes in the thoughts and emotions of the poets were all reflected in the poetry.This article starts from the perspective of knowing people and discussing the world,combined with Zhao Xi’s life,contacts,etc.to study the collection of poets.This article briefly textualizes Zhao Xi’s life and contacts,from which he has an overall understanding of Zhao Xi’s life and circumstances,and combs the general situation of Xiang Song Ci.On the basis of an overall understanding of Zhao Xi and Xiang Song Ci,the subject type and ideological connotation of Xiang Song Ci are then discussed.The subject types of Xiang Song Ci include traveling and writing scenery poems,gift remuneration sing poems,memorial poems,inscribed on painting and chanting objects poems,time series seasonal poems and so on.Most of the poems on travel and scenery have the characteristics of blending scenes and metaphors from the past and presenting the present;the gifted poems are Zhao Xi’s passionate and meticulous poems;the notable feature of the memorial and lyric poems is the realism;the inscribed chanting poems’ meaning of supporting things and expressing will is particularly obvious;the timing and seasonal poems are mostly sent for feelings,not purely depicting customs.The ideological connotation of Xiang Song Ci is very characteristic of the times.It reflects the sorrow and depression brought to Zhao Xi by the social turmoil and changes in the world at that time.It shows his pain of leaving the war,his indifferent aspiration to retreat,and his sentimental sadness.Further study the cause of Zhao Xi’s lyricism and found that his lyricism mostly originated from the record of reality and was influenced by the Chang zhou Ci School.There is a clear sense of "respecting the body" in Xiang Song Ci.It is precisely because of Xiang Song Ci’s record of actual history,expressing one’s own sense of worry and inner feelings with the "supplying" technique,and the influence of Zhao Xi’s own status as the elder,which contributed to the history of ci style of writing,Zhao Xi is obviously aware of the history of Ci,and Xiang Song Ci is enough to be called the history of Ci.In addition,Xiang Song Ci also has poetic characteristics.Xiang Song Ci showed a tendency to approach poetry in terms of the content of the composition,the technique of creation,the function and style of the poem.The poemization of Xiang song Ci is mainly due to the influence of the poetic tendency of Qing Ci,the influence of the Changzhou Ci School on Zhao Xi’s Ci and the inevitability of the development of the Ci style itself.The influence of poemization on Xiang Song Ci is to broaden the subject content of Xiang Song Ci and enhance the expressive power and artistic conception of Xiang Song Ci.
