| In recent decades,the idea of education in China emphasizes a lot on students’ overall abilities development.Therefore,teachers are supposed to get rid of traditional teaching model and ensure students’ central status.In order to improve education quality and teaching efficiency,Interactive Teaching Model comes into existence and it’s urgently needed in recent years.Interactive Teaching Model focuses on developing students’ self-learning abilities,creation and cooperation spirits.Therefore,English teachers are required to research teaching materials,understand students and use Interactive Teaching Model to get over the drawbacks of traditional English teaching model.There are two research questions in this thesis.1.What are the effects of Interactive Teaching towards junior middle school students’ English learning? 2.What are the influence factors towards Interactive Teaching Model’s application?The thesis uses questionnaire investigation,interview and classroom observation to analyze the application of Interactive Teaching Model.Research results show that Interactive Teaching Model has positive effects on English learning such as learning attitudes,habits and grades.However,according to the study,many factors cause influences on the implementation of Interactive Teaching.Therefore,the author gives appropriate teaching suggestions.Firstly,teachers need to change traditional teaching ideas,try to use Interactive Teaching Model so that students can actively participate in class.In addition,teachers need to teach students some interactive strategies and strengthen their interactive awareness.Lastly,current evaluation ways need to be adjusted.Formative and summative evaluation should be combined.Proper use of Interactive Teaching Model is a great challenge for English teachers.The author hopes that this study is able to strengthen students and teachers’ interactive awareness.At the same time,she wishes that teachers are able to lead students to interact effectively and their classroom management capabilities can be improved. |
