Why can some people smile in the face of the same difficulties and find a new way out of them to create unexpected gains? While some people are depressed,blindly complain about the world,content to do so? It has to do with positive inner qualities,such as resilience,and the way you deal with difficulties.Negative events,as external stimuli,have a series of effects on individuals.From the perspective of positive psychology,we no longer only focus on the negative impact on individuals,but gradually begin to explore the inner positive qualities and pay attention to positive and effective coping methods,such as benefit finding,to promote the resolution of negative events.Resilience and positive emotion are important psychological capital in the inner heart of individuals,which have direct or indirect influence on the use of benefit finding coping style.At present,At present,the research related to enterprise employees is not mature.The mental health of a large group of employees deserves attention.The research can not only popularize the application range of the expansion and construction theory of positive emotions in the population,but also help to provide feasible management suggestions for enterprises and employees.In this study,the snowball sampling method in the non-probability sampling was adopted,301 employees were recruited through the network as samples.And a questionnaire survey was conducted,to explore the overall situation of employees’ psychological resilience,positive emotions and meaning discovery and the relationship among them.And further explore the mediating role of positive emotions and the moderating role of gender.The results show that:(1)The translated version of Moos(1988)coping response style scale has good reliability and validity,and can be measured in the general adult population.(2)Work problems are the most common negative problems for employees,followed by family problems,love problems,marital relationship problems,relationships with friends and colleagues,and other small probability events.The highest frequency occurred within a year,then within the last month or two,and finally a year ago.(3)The level of mental resilience of employees in enterprises is generally high,and there are significant differences in gender,working hours and age,but no significant differences in educational level.(4)The positive emotions of enterprise employees have significant differences in gender,working hours and age,but no significant differences in educational level.(5)There are significant differences in working hours,age and educational level,but no significant differences in gender.(6)There was a significant positive correlation between mental resilience and positive emotion and meaning discovery,and mental resilience and positive emotion had a significant positive predictive effect on meaning discovery.(7)Positive emotions play a partial mediating role between employee resilience and meaning discovery,that is,employee resilience can directly predict positive emotions,and can also have an impact on meaning discovery through the mediating role of positive emotions.(8)The gender of employees has no significant moderating effect on mental resilience and positive emotions.
