Television Editing related majors in secondary vocational schools.But secondary vocational students learning ability is not strong,creative expression is more rigid.Therefore,secondary vocational schools need to innovate the teaching objectives of editing courses,preset the learning outcomes that students should master,reverse design teaching activities,cultivate students’ problem-solving ability in future practical work,and adopt a talent training mode that closely follows the needs of the industry to cultivate front-line editing technicians.Thesis under the guidance of OBE’s education concept,the secondary vocational school image and video technology professional " Film and Television Editing " carry on the teaching practice,by unit of choose and employ persons,teachers,students and other aspects of investigation and analysis,the principle of reverse design in the OBE’s education concept,explore meet the demand of sustainable development of the students,business unit of choose and employ persons position requirements of teaching methods,and the training objectives of the course of Film and Television Editing,teaching design,such as graduation requirements for design,further meet the needs of the society for editing skilled talents.Cultivate students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship as well as the ability to solve practical problems in future work,and also enable students to master practical operational skills on the premise of stronger innovation consciousness and aesthetic ability.Paper with the help of OBE education concept application pattern and successful experience in other disciplines,on the basis of bloom’s mastery learning theory,Taylor’s theory of education target,do school theory as the theoretical support of Dewey,the secondary " Film and Television Editing " to study the problems existing in the course teaching,questionnaire survey method is adopted in the research process,the methods of literature research,interview method,this research mainly from the following six sections:The first part,the author through the literature research to consult a large number of relevant literature,clear OBE concept of the curriculum in the Film and Television Editing of background and purpose,and in view of the domestic and foreign relevant OBE education concept and the research status of secondary vocational editing course,through Cite Space software visualization analysis of literature,to master the research achievements of predecessors in this field,and then on the basis of literature research.The second part,through the school’s education theory course,and read books,learn the theory of "learning by doing" Dewey,Taylor’s theory of education target,competence-based education concept,and relevant literature bloom mastery learning theory,gain size research theory support,and the education experience to be in the process of theoretical study,improve their flexible
