The Study Of Dream Images In Zuo Zhuan

Zuo Zhuan has rich historical materials about dream images,and involves various types of dream images.The background of the dreamer’s dream is mainly related to the national interests and personal wishes,which are closely related to the unique political environment of the Spring and Autumn period.Through these rich examples of dream images,we can understand people’s attitudes towards dreams at that time,as well as the social and psychological characteristics contained in them.Based on the dream in Zuo Zhuan and combined with the research results of academic circles,this paper discusses and analyzes the content of dream images,the prediction of dreams,and the characteristics of Zuozhuan in recording dreams and divination dreams.The foreword part,The introduction is mainly aimed at the current academic circles to sort out and analyze the research results of dream image in Zuo Zhuan.Because the dream images in Zuo Zhuan involve a wide range of contents,and in the bamboo slips unearthed in recent decades,there are many records about dream images.These can play a very good complementary role in the study of the dream culture of the Spring and Autumn period and even the whole pre Qin period.This paper will be divided into three parts.The first chapter mainly focuses on the content of the dream images in Zuo Zhuan and the background.Because the dream images are rich,and the distribution is more scattered,this chapter first of all on the dream images has been systematically sorted,and its content is divided into three categories: the god,ghost dream;The dream of the ancestors;A dream of animals and symbolism.Through the analysis,it is revealed that the belief in dream culture in the Spring and Autumn period is still deeply influenced by the concept of ghosts and gods in the Shang Zhou dynasties.At the same time,based on the influence of the social reality at that time,mengzhan mostly reflected the interest struggle under the political background,which reflected its political function.The second chapter mainly discusses the dream divination in Zuozhuan.Because of the various identities of dream occupiers,people use different methods to occupy dreams.The identity of the dreamer mainly includes: Dreamer himself,scholar bureaucrats,witch,history,divination and so on.When scholar bureaucrats occupied the dream,they would associate the dream image with the real environment,such as the background of war and political interest struggle;When divining dreams,witches and historians will judge dream images according to their own experience,such as medical knowledge,yin and Yang,and five elements.In a word,regardless of the way of occupying dreams,the analysis of dreams by dream occupiers is still inseparable from the influence of God worship.The third chapter mainly analyzes the characteristics of dream recording and dream accounting in Zuozhuan.Zuozhuan is deeply influenced by the social background when it records the historical materials of dream images.Therefore,the author uses these examples to explain his thoughts on the restoration of ritual and music system and people-oriented thought.As far as the dream cases recorded in Zuozhuan are concerned,dream occupation,as a key link,has become a tool to be used,showing its political side,and the corresponding ways of dream occupation have become more diverse.
