With the rapid development of Internet technology and Information technology,people’s learning methods are constantly changing,from D-Learning to E-Learning,and then to M-Learning.Supported by wireless network technology,learners use smart mobile devices to obtain knowledge and educational services from massive network learning resources to achieve the purpose of learning anytime and anywhere.Mobile learning,as a new learning method,has the characteristics of fragmentation,individualization,mobility,and cross-temporal and spatial characteristics,which can meet the learning needs of learners for independent learning.At the same time,due to the uniqueness of Chinese learning and the advantages of mobile devices convenience,mobile learning methods are therefore welcomed by international students and become an important auxiliary learning tool and method.International students in colleges and universities are an important group of Chinese learners.Investigations and researches on their mobile learning situation will play an important role in helping foreign students to learn Chinese.On the basis of combing and summarizing the research results of mobile learning theory and mobile language learning,this paper sorts out and analyzes the current situation of Chinese mobile learning,and investigates the mobile Chinese learning situation of foreign students in Beijing area through questionnaire survey.The results found that mobile learning has been adopted by more than 98% of international students in universities,but there are many problems in cognition of M-learning and learning process,such as low learning efficiency,unstable equipment operation,insufficient development of Chinese learning applications,etc.The paper have discussed and analyzed the influencing factors of learning,and put forward opinions and suggestions on the development and optimization of Chinese learners,Chinese teachers,and mobile learning equipment and application products.This article includes the following chapters:The first part is the introduction,which briefly describes the topic background,research significance,content,methods and ideas of this research,and provides theoretical support for the study of mobile Chinese learning by organizing and learning the theoretical basis of mobile learning.The first chapter is the literature review.It sorts out and summarizes the domestic and overseas research results of mobile learning and mobile language learning,mainly including the definition,characteristics and application research of mobile learning.Through research on mobile language learning at home and abroad,mobile learning in the application of Chinese international education,the paper analyzes and sorts out the research results of scholars on mobile Chinese learning application products and the current use and development status of mobile Chinese learning applications in recent years,which includes Chinese teaching websites and Chinese learning apps,and explains them with examples.The second chapter briefly describes the basic situation of the questionnaire survey,including the survey object,the design and implementation of the questionnaire,and the test of reliability and validity.The third chapter is the statistical analysis of the survey results,including the detailed description of the questionnaire results,and the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of mobile Chinese learning through SPSS data analysis tools.The fourth chapter is based on the above survey results and analysis,which points out the problems in mobile Chinese learning,and makes feasible suggestions for the two main subjects in the Chinese learning process—Overseas students in universities and Chinese teachers,and makes a proposal for the future development of mobile learning equipment and application development,which hopes that it can help international students and Chinese teachers to adapt to the development of the new media era more quickly,adjust new Chinese teaching and learning methods;provide reference for the popularization and development of mobile Chinese learning,and the development of mobile Chinese learning equipment;give full play to the important role of mobile technology in the international Chinese education,share resources among worldwide Chinese learners;it is also important for building a life-long learning society.The last part is the conclusion that elaborates the research conclusion of this survey and the shortcomings and prospects,hoping to arouse researchers’ attention to Chinese mobile learning in the next few years.
