Since it was proposed in 1965,artificial intelligence has experienced three climaxes and two winters.After the historic event that Alphago developed by Google Deepmind defeated Li Shishi,the world go champion,in 2016,artificial intelligence has once again entered people’s vision.In recent years,with the blessing of deep learning,big data and powerful computing power,it has been developing rapidly and is in the ascendant.As a result,the ethical problems of artificial intelligence emerge in endlessly,which has aroused the discussion and research of scholars at home and abroad.Through the study of domestic and foreign literature,we can find that the research of AI ethics can be traced back to the 1950s,and the research scope is also very wide,from the metaphysical self-consciousness,subjectivity research,to the employment,privacy,responsibility,ethical relations and other issues closely related to daily life,it can be said that there are many kinds of problems,and the countermeasures proposed for these difficulties are also different Foot.Therefore,on the basis of the research results,this paper combs the ethical dilemma of artificial intelligence and its causes,combined with the framework of "responsible innovation",and puts forward the corresponding solutions.In this paper,the definition,classification,current situation and development process of artificial intelligence technology are comprehensively combed,and its unique characteristics compared with the previous technology are analyzed:implicit,extensive and subversive;it is widely used in different fields of production,life and military and political performance,and the connotation and theoretical source of artificial intelligence ethics are discussed.After that,it combs the ethical dilemma of AI from three dimensions of human rights dilemma,security dilemma and responsibility dilemma,and analyzes the reasons of the dilemma from four aspects of economic reasons,institutional reasons,ethical reasons and technical reasons.Finally,it puts forward the value guidance of adhering to the correct ethical concept,the governance countermeasures combined with the framework of responsible innovation,and the solutions from three aspects of education,law and ethics,in order to enrich the ethical theory of artificial intelligence and play a reference role in solving the ethical dilemma of artificial intelligence.
