Research On The Operation Mode Improvement Of XQJ Film And Television Private Equity Investment Fund

As one of the core categories of the cultural industry,the film and television industry is an important way to satisfy the spiritual and cultural needs of the people,and it is also the most important link in the national cultural industry strategy.Under the guidance of policy and the promotion of market demand,film and television private equity investment funds are booming.The film and television industry chain mainly involves producers,distribution,cinemas and cinemas.The core links mainly include investment,production,distribution and screening.The film and television production process needs to go through five stages: preparation,shooting,production,publicity and distribution,and recovery evaluation.The film and television industry is characterized by "light asset and heavy creativity,capital intensive,high risk and high return,periodicity,high inventory and high receivables".The operation of film and television private equity investment fund involves the process of organizational form design,"raising,investment,management,withdrawal" and risk control.However,due to the huge investment risk in the film and television industry,the investment failure rate is high.If the fund manager is not familiar with the operation process of the film and television and makes blind investment,it is easy to lead to losses.The film and television private equity investment fund not only requires the fund manager to have the ability of fund operation,but also needs to be familiar with the film and television industry operation.And many film and television fund managers lack of research on the fund operation mode,and there is no relatively mature fund operation mode based on a certain theoretical basis,so they can not effectively and scientifically control the investment risk,which is easy to cause losses.Based on the research method of combining theory with practice,this paper takes the operation mode of film and television private equity investment fund as the research object,summarizes the operation mode of private equity investment fund and the operation of film and television industry from the theoretical perspective,and makes an in-depth analysis of the operation mode of film and television private equity investment fund.The operation mode of XQJ film and television private equity investment fund is deeply studied from the micro perspective,and the organization form,fund raising,investment decision,post-investment management and project exit involved in the operation mode are analyzed.With PEST theory,this paper analyzes the external factors of the film and television private equity fund industry,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the operation mode of XQJ film and television fund(SWOT),and reveals the existing problems of the fund operation mode.The paper also puts forward some suggestions for improvement on the operating mode of XQJ Film and Television Fund.And the future development of film and television private equity investment fund is prospected.
