| In 1964,Canadian communication m.McLuhan in his book "understanding media:an extension of the people" in the first mentioned the word "global village",he thinks that the modern media is changing the people,especially young people’s life,the rapid development of media and other modes of transport to space-time sharply shorten people’s life,the earth seemed to become a"village".Today,it seems that this has become a fact.In today’s international community,countries have intensive exchanges and intricate relations,which have formed a complex situation in which one is interdependent with another.It has become an unavoidable and important topic for every country to do a good job in external communication to strengthen its own discourse system in the international arena,grasp the international discourse power,and provide support for building a good national image and improving its international status and comprehensive national strength.In recent years,"China’s rise" has become an important and widely discussed topic in the world,attracting increasing attention from all over the world.China’s economy,culture,education and diplomacy have influenced countries around the world to varying degrees,especially China’s neighboring countries and regions.At present,the number of countries and regions actively cooperating with China is increasing,and the areas of cooperation are expanding.Chinese traditional culture has a glorious history,and its spread to the outside world has had a great impact on the progress of human civilization.However,the external communication and influence of Chinese traditional culture is still relatively weak,and it does not match the image of China as a great power.There are historical and realistic,objective and subjective obstacles and problems in many aspects.Nowadays,it is a very urgent strategic task to disseminate Chinese traditional culture,tell Chinese stories well,construct China’s discourse system for foreign communication,and shape China’s good national image in the world.With the growing development of the "We Media" industry,individuals are becoming more and more capable in cultural communication and playing an increasingly important role.In the era of the Internet,the ways and methods of cultural communication have changed,and the content of cultural communication needs to be adjusted accordingly to meet the needs of cultural communication.Plums and pure as one representative from the media content creators in China,not only active in the domestic network space,as well as abroad have high visibility and influence of cyberspace,now she is in multiple foreign network platform with more than twenty million fans,accumulated tens of millions of foreigners by plum and pure video image to understand China and Chinese culture.Her success is not accidental,but she and her team complied with the law of information communication in the Internet era and realized it through appropriate cultural communication content.Her experience in the content strategy of cultural communication can provide reference for China’s foreign cultural communication work.Therefore,this paper will make a preliminary comparison between the "plum seven phenomenon" and the traditional intercultural communication,and conduct an in-depth analysis of the "plum seven communication mode" to summarize its communication rules and characteristics,in order to provide valuable suggestions for China’s foreign cultural communication in the future. |
