Reconstruction Of Fu Shou Pattern And Its Application In Decorative Sculpture Creation

As a typical Chinese traditional auspicious pattern,Fushou pattern not only contains a long history of Chinese folk culture tradition,but also is a classic type of traditional folk pattern,which has profound cultural and artistic value.These values are worth exploring and expounding through new artistic creation.How to keep the cultural meaning and artistic characteristics of the original pattern on the basis of the traditional pattern,on the other hand,through the reconstruction of the visual form to produce the artistic expression that conforms to the modern aesthetic interest,is the main problem of this creation.Based on this creative practice,this paper makes a systematic exposition of the problems and explorations in the whole creative process.Based on the reconstruction of Fushou pattern,this creation starts with the analysis of the folk culture connotation,artistic expression language and characteristics of Fushou pattern,at the same time,drawing on a lot of artistic expression methods of the same type of creation,trying to develop more new artistic forms on the basis of the original pattern by breaking up,restructuring,deformation and extending from the plane to the space,so as to form a work.The achievement of this creative practice has basically realized the original intention of creation,but it is still immature,and there are many problems and deficiencies.How to make better use of the rich traditional folk art resources in the new art creation is a problem that needs to be explored in the process of practice.
