| The lead-in as one of the important teaching links in primary school English teaching.It has undertaken important tasks such as stimulating students’ interest in learning,setting off the atmosphere of classroom teaching,and clarifying teaching goals.Taking the S primary school in W city as a case,this study analyzes the introduction of the lead-in of the English teaching in S primary school and explores the nature and significance of the lead-in of English teaching.Through key events,describe the teacher’s cognition and the influence of the lead-in in English teaching.Reveal the English teachers’ defect in lead-in and reflect on English teachers and English subjects.Finally,explore the path to improve the teaching skills of English teachers.The study is divided into four parts.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly includes research purposes and significance,theoretical basis,literature review and research design.The second chapter analyzes characteristics of the lead-in in the English teaching by the observation method and the interview method,including the value orientation of the design,the using time,the strategy and the effect.The third chapter deeply reflects on the problems in the lead-in of the S primary school English teaching.The fourth chapter discusses the return path of improving the teaching skills of the S primary school English teachers from the two dimensions.The study found that some teachers in the S primary school English still have the traditional knowledge-based design orientation,and are confused about the teaching ideas advocated by the new curriculum reform.In the process of teaching introduction,the time used for the introduction seems erratic,the teacher’s Excessive freedom leads to the introduction of the role can not be truly reflected,teachers are also slightly single in the use of the import strategy,students’ interest in learning English has not been fully mobilized.For reasons,the school’s English teacher team has the distortion of English teaching experience.The emotional cognition of the introduction of classroom teaching is uneven,and some even think that it is dispensable to “walk through the field”.At the same time,the lack of classroom time management ability and lack of teaching innovation lead to the unsatisfactory effect of the lead-in of the overall English teaching.Even the biased knowledge-based education orientation leads to the scene of false prosperity in the introduction of English teaching.Finally,the study proposes that teachers should enhance theirreflective awareness and ability,deepen the experience of lead-in in English teaching.Define the time range of the lead-in,establish a single teaching link assessment system.Build a “level” awareness,and enhance the innovation and pertinence of English lead-in.Establish a diversified import target to demonstrate the humanistic value of the English subject. |
