Study On The Customs Of "Drive Away Fox" In The Qingjiang River Basin

The custom of " Dirve away fox " is a unique festival and custom activity in the Lantern Festival of the Qingjiang River Basin.This article is divided into three chapters.Based on local literature,through field investigations in Jianshi County and Badong County,we try to " Dirve away fox " on the Lantern Festival."The background of the custom,the status quo of inheritance,the symbolic meaning and function of the custom,and the four aspects of contemporary change are explored,and the cultural phenomenon of the " Dirve away fox " custom in the Qingjiang River Basin is comprehensively presented.This article takes "Shuangzhaizi Village,Jingyang Town,Jianshi County" as the field investigation point,and gives a detailed description of the local " Dirve away fox " custom program,which restores the current status of the local " Dirve away fox " custom,and investigates in a large number of fields.On the basis of the information,we explore the new functions of the custom in the process of modernization,namely entertainment,cohesion and identity.Using the "context analysis method",the symbolic symbols in the custom rituals are analyzed and interpreted in different contexts.It is concluded that in the context of "new year sacrifices and blessings","fox" symbolizes monsters and sins,"fox sheds" "To symbolize the shackles of witches and ghosts,the villagers used the method of screaming and expelling to express the good will of " drive away disaster ";By comparing the time-space consistency and the sacrifice method of the " Dirve away fox " with the worship ceremony of the Yuangu Festival in the ancient times,it is inferred that the " Dirve away fox " is a custom of agricultural sacrifices,and the custom is adopted by the ancient day of the ancient day.In the context of "agricultural rituals",it is analyzed that "fox" symbolize plagues,cockroaches,etc.Metaphors are natural disasters,and fire "hair dog sheds" are "fire fields" The symbol of the " Dirve away fox " custom is a reflection of the "slash-and-burn" production method.With the development of the times,in order to comply with the trend of the times,the current " Dirve away fox " custom will inevitably have some changes compared with the agricultural society.This paper focuses on the contemporary changes of the " Dirve away fox " custom in industrial society,and explores its Change motivation,Through in-depth investigations of subordinate villages in Badong County and Jianshi County,it is concluded that customs have changed in ritual preparation,customary process,and folk beliefs.The factors affecting the change of " Dirve away fox " custom are complex.It is influenced by local production and lifestyle,modern science and technology education,and mainstream culture of modern society.Through some problems arising in the process of change in the custom of " Dirve away fox ",we will put forward our own thinking on the reconstruction of "local culture" in the future,that is,on the basis of attaching importance to the inheritance of the spirit of traditional culture.The culture is rationally re-engineered and reorganized;the renewal problem in the process of reconstruction of “native culture” is viewed from a flexible perspective,and the festival custom rituals are moderately changed on the premise of preserving the traditional cultural connotation of festival customs.
