A Study On National Common Language To Help Ethnic Minorities In Southern Xinjiang Out Of Poverty

This paper takes the impoverished population of minorities in southern Xinjiang as the research object,combining with the path of language poverty alleviation in southern Xinjiang,and uses the theory of human capital in linguistic economics to analyze the value of national common language to the poor population in southern Xinjiang.Following the principle of combining theory with practice,this paper studies the influence and value of national common language on practitioners in different industries.The paper is divided into six chapters as follows:The first chapter is introduction.This paper introduces the reason and basis,purpose and significance,research status,innovation and research methods.The secnod chapter is the definition and basis of language poverty alleviation."Language poverty alleviation" actually means that the state,the government and the society,through improving the national common language level of the poor,promote them to gain advantages in labor,employment and other aspects,and finally let individuals and families get rid of poverty.It also introduces the basis of language poverty alleviation,including policy basis and theoretical basis.The third chapter is the general situation of minorities poverty in the four southern regions of southern Xinjiang.It introduces the current situation of minorities poverty in South Xinjiang and the causes of poverty.In the cause of poverty,it must be made clear that the low level of the national language is not the only reason for the poverty of ethnic minorities in southern Xinjiang,or even the main reason.However,the promotion and popularization of the national language has an important impact on China’s social and economic development.Therefore,the "help" of national common language in helping ethnic minorities out of poverty lies in this.The fourth chapter is the ways of language poverty alleviation in southern Xinjiang.The ways of language poverty alleviation in southern Xinjiang is to improve the education system,strengthen rural education,strengthen training for farmers and herdsmen,use of media,identify the key points of policy and expand the transfer of labor force.The fifth chapter is the significance of the national common language to help the Ethnic minorities in southern Xinjiang out of poverty.First,the significance of national common language to help the first industry employees out of poverty.Compared with those who do not master the national common language,those who master the national common language have a better grasp,understanding,implementation and implementation of policies and documents;People who master the common language of the country are conducive to improving production skills,promoting processing technology and expanding sales channels.They can continuously improve their agricultural capacity in agricultural production,processing and sales,better adapt to market changes,and increase production and business income.Second,the significance of the national common language to help the secondary and tertiary industry practitioners out of poverty.Compared with the people with low level of national common language,the people with high level of national common language have more employment opportunities,have more advantages in the scope of career choice,the choice of employment location and the length of employment time,and are easier to realize labor transfer.In addition,underthe pressure of external environment and the power of workers themselves,people with high level of national common language can continuously enhance their employability in terms of professional skills,interpersonal ability and conceptual ability,and increase the accumulation of human capital and social capital.The sixth Chapter is conclusion.This paper briefly summarizes the content of the article and points out the shortcomings in the research.
