ObjectiveBy investigating the severity of symptoms and personality traits of patients with depression, the relationship between personality traits of patients and the treatment effect of depression was analyzed,so as to provide relevant basis for the development of targeted clinical treatment measures.MethodsTaking 130 patients with depression hospitalized in Nanjing Brain Hospital from June 2018 to September 2019 as the subjects, the alternative DSM-5 model for personality disorders was used to evaluate the personality dimensions and personality traits of the subjects by interview. The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate the subjects at the beginning of treatment,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment;SPSS22.0 software was used to process the data and descriptive statistical analysis, generalized estimation equations and other analytical methods were used for statistical analysis.ResultsGeneralized estimation equations analysis showed, among the 5 personality dimensions, negative affectivity(β =-3.54--2.05,p<0.05),detachment(β =0.20-0.40,p <0.05),and psychoticism(β =0.20-0.40,p<0.05)were statistically significant;among the 25 personality traits, emotional lability(β =-2.73~-0.18,p<0.05)and anxiouseness(β =-2.70~-0.01,p<0.05)were statistically significant;the baseline HAMD score had a moderating role in the effect of anxiety on the therapeutic effect for depression(p<0.05).ConclusionIn the personality dimension of patients with depression, negative emotion, separation and psychoticism affect the therapeutic effect of patients with depression;in personality traits, anhedonia and anxiety in personality traits affect.therapeutic effect of patients with depression. The specific treatment strategy should be applied for the depressive patients with high personality dimensions or traits.
