Problems And Countermeasures Of Protection And Management Of Shanhaiguan Ancient City

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "we should promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture",and called for "strengthening the protection and utilization of cultural relics and the protection and inheritance of cultural heritage".As an important carrier of the integration of traditional culture and contemporary culture,due to the lack of understanding of the relationship between protection and utilization and the blind pursuit of economic benefits,the improper management of some local governments in the protection of the ancient city has caused adverse impact on it,including Shanhaiguan ancient city.On the basis of extensive reading of research literature,through field survey,questionnaire and interviews,it is found that there are many problems in the protection and management of Shanhaiguan ancient city,such as imperfect laws and regulations,overlapping management functions,unbalanced management team structure,insufficient investment in infrastructure construction,unsatisfactory effect of cultural protection and inheritance,and weak protection awareness of ancient city residents.These problems are mainly caused by the backwardness of government protection concept,unreasonable setting of management organization,lagging behind of professional construction of management team,insufficient capital investment and weak publicity.The core of the protection and management of Shanhaiguan ancient city is to deal with the contradiction between protection and development.Under the guidance of new public service theory,organic renewal theory and sustainable development theory,the protection and management of Shanhaiguan ancient city can be improved from In order to achieve better protection and management of Shanhaiguan ancient city,the management concept,system,management system,renewal mode,fund guarantee,multiple participation and other angles can be solved.The protection and management of ancient cities is an important issue that must be solved in the process of modernization.The research on the protection and managementof Shanhaiguan ancient city can not only enrich the academic research on such topics,verify and deepen the relevant theories of public management,but also have certain enlightenment and reference value for the protection and management of other ancient cities.
