| As the expansion of China’s cultural consumption market,cultural and creative industry plays an important role in the national economy.Especially since 2005,the cultural and creative industry has shown a strong momentum of development in China.As the main types of industry agglomeration,cultural and creative parks emerged in many cities and catch attentions of the government,creative enterprises and investment institutions.Until to 2019,there have been more than 3,000 cultural and creative parks in our country.Besides the industrial superiority and rosy prospect,cultural and creative parks also encounters development bottlenecks of low level of creativity,poor cluster efficiency,and uncoordinated with the macro environment.The study of Park A has its representative meanings,as it confronts with common and individual problems which is typical in social popularity and management experience.The thesis uses the creative ecology,cultural and creative park evaluation system as its theoretical tools,uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,AHP,FCE,comparison and other methods comprehensively to evaluate the ecosystem operation performance of Park A,analyses the problems and puts forward management suggestions.First of all,on the basis of summarizing the theoretical achievements of cultural and creative industries,creative ecology,and cultural and creative parks in the domestic and overseas,it focuses on the connotation of industrial creative ecology,the operating mechanism of creative ecosystems,and the ecosystem of cultural and creative parks.Then taking advantage of the research on the cultural and creative park evaluation system and expert advice,the thesis builds a multi-project for ecosystem operation performance of A.After determining the weight of the system indicators and calculating,the evaluation results are obtained according to the principle of maximum membership degree,and the problems are identified.The problems include: poor resource acquisition capability,low maturity of industrial clusters,low-impact of the brand,low supporting level,low regional economic contribution,and lacking of network technology application.In order to solve the problems,combining the experience and practices of excellent cultural and creative parks at home and abroad,it is recommended to optimize management from several aspects,such as coordinating and promoting the works of creative development and protection,enhancing the collaborative symbiosis ability of the cluster,continuing to expand brand influence,improving supporting capabilities,enhancing economic benefits,and guiding to use technology.At the same time,in terms of institutions,social environment,services and funds,Park A should take measures to make sure the recommends working.The thesis is an attempt to combine creative ecological theory with the management practices of cultural and creative parks,and it has certain practical guiding significance for the development of Park A.Meanwhile,it is helpful for the development of other parks and the cultural industries.The disadvantage is that there is a lack of sufficient theoretical reference in the evaluation of ecosystem operation performance.In addition,there is a short of theoretical innovation and practical analysis in the thesis,which will be improved in future research. |
