The Chronicle Of Wang Shunan

Wang Shunan,whose another name is Jinqing,also known by the names of Tao Lu Lao Ren,Mian Shan Lao Mu and Gui Shan Lao Mu.He was born in Xincheng,Hebei province(Gaobeidian).He was born in the first year of Xianfeng(1851)on november 25 th and died on the 15 th day of the first lunar month in 1935.In the 12 th year of Guangxu Dynasty(1886),he was a jinshi,chief of the official household Department,magistrate of Qingshen,Ziyang,Xinjin,Fushun and other counties in Sichuan,magistrate of Meizhou,Magistrate of Pingqing Jinggu Road,Gongqin Road and Lanzhou Road in Gansu,and political envoy of Xinjiang.During the Republic of China,he served as the general compan of the Qing Dynasty History Museum and the general compa of the National History Museum.He and Chen Sanli were jinshi in the same year,and were called "King of South,Chen of North".The book of Tao Lu written by Wang Shunan in his later life.This important book records his life.However,the chronology is relatively short and focuses on the records of his official experience,which does not reflect his life story comprehensively.The author summarizes the life experience of Wang Shunan’s official life experience,teachers and friends travelling and literary activities based on the book of the person living in Tao Lu compiled by Wang Shunan in the hope of fully quoting relevant information.This chronology is divided into four parts: the first part is the chronology general examples,the detailed description of this chronology when writing;The second part is the genealogy of the master,and the family members are sorted out.The third part is the chronological biography of Wang Shunan expounded in three volumes,including the first volume of the person living and studying of Wang Shunan during the period from the first year of Xianfeng reign to the 12 th year of Guangxu Reign.Volume II is the period of foreign official from the 13 th year of Guangxu Emperor to the 2nd year of Xuantong Emperor.It mainly reviews and researches his official experience,friends and literary activities when he went to Sichuan and Gansu to serve as a local official and went to Xinjiang to serve as a political official.The third volume is designed to fully illustrate the life experiences of Wang Shunan living in the two pavilions during the third year of Xuantong to the 25 th year of the Republic of China,including all relevant historical facts regardless of the size.The fourth part is an appendix,which in turn contains the chronology of communication,the collection of missing poems,the master of music and the drawings of his works.This part is a supplement to the spectral text.The purpose of this book is to comprehensively investigate Wang Shunan’s political life expectancy,communication,literature and literary works.
