In the formation of modern Japan, the cosmology centered on "Mikado Theology" and "Japanese Divine Kingdom" is undoubtedly the cohesion of its own consciousness and world cognition, and it is also the representation that guides its actions.Among them,in the official "divine kingdom" narrative, the world cognitive framework of "Zhonghua-Yidi" in the traditional Confucian system constituted the frame of reference for the "divine kingdom" narrative, and thus guided the way of releasing the energy of modern Japan with itself as the center of the universe.Correspondingly, the cosmology in the popular world has changed from a "public-private dual structure" to "integration",and the coincidence point of this transition lies in the misunderstanding of "Divinity ".It is in the different interpretations of the officials and the people that modern Japan started the construction of a nation-state based on myths. The main body of the article is divided into three parts. The first part mainly investigates the "original" universe view of Jiji mythology, the structure of the mythological cosmology and the realistic background of modern Japanese mythology. The second part mainly investigates the process of constructing nation-state by using mythology in modern Japan and the relationship between mythology and the nationstate. The third part investigates the people’s interpretation of modern Japanese mythology and its transformation.
