A Study Of Uyghur Translation Methods And Styles Of COVID-19 Related Words

Since the beginning of COVID-19,there have been many words related to COVID-19.Many words belong to the category of medical medical vocabulary,and some of them have certain political color.There have been many researches on Uygur language translation for a long time.However,the study of COVID-19 Related words translation is almost nil,and the content and subject matter is relatively new.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and practical value to conduct in-depth research on it.In view of the diversity and diversity of translation studies,this article regards the special object of COVID-19 Related words as the emphasis of the study,classifies and analyzes typical examples,and tries to explore the translation method and the style transfer phenomenon in the process of translation.In addition,on the basis of the consideration of COVID-19’s translation style,it summarizes the stylistic features of COVID-19 Related words.Based on the principle of faithfulness,popularity and accuracy,this paper puts forward the translation strategy of domestication and foreignization.It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in the process of translation,and puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures and gets the corresponding research enlightenment.This paper is composed of four parts: preface,text,epilogue and COVID-19 corpus.The foreword mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this paper,analyzes the current situation and trend of related research,and expounds the research methods and path of the paper as well as the innovation of the paper.The main body consists of five chapters.The first chapter gives a brief overview and simple classification of COVID-19 Related words,and makes a preliminary discussion on translation strategies and translation principles.The second chapter summarizes the translation methods and translation skills of COVID-19 Related words.The third chapter discusses the transfer of wind pattern from the perspective of expression.Through some examples,the style transfer is considered again from three aspects: appropriate translation,cultural equivalence and emotional equivalence.Finally,the stylistic features of COVID-19’s Related words are summarized.The fourth chapter mainly reviews the quality of translation,and finds that faithful reproduction,information transmission equivalence and new word translation are the advantages of their translation.The last chapter discusses the Enlightenment of translation research in the process of research;the conclusion is to sort out the whole content,summarize the views and ideas of the full text,and write a summary The harvest in the process.This paper holds that in translating COVID-19 related articles and words,the equivalent transfer style can give readers a certain resonance and contribute to the smooth development of epidemic prevention and control.Moreover,I also think that translation should be both domestication and foreignization;literal translation is not dead translation,free translation is not random translation;translation should grasp the new meaning of new words from the outside to the inside;pay attention to homogeneity,empathy,and the same style;be prepared for a rainy day and build an emergency translation team as well as reproduction and translator responsibility.
