| Qing Ci is known as “Zhong xing”,there are many schools of Ci in the middle of Qing Dynasty.In order to promote their own views of Ci,Ci scholars have a high degree of consciousness in the theory of Ci.During this period,it was also obvious in the preface and postscript of Ci Collection.Prefaces and epilogues of Ci Collections of the Mid Qing Dynasty retain a large number of important literature materials,which plays an important role in the study of Ci Poetry in the middle of Qing Dynasty.The preface and postscript of CI Collection in the middle of Qing dynasty focus on the origin of Ci,the “Ti Xing” of Ci,the consciousness of respecting style.The preface and postscript of Ci Collections in the middle of Qing Dynasty mainly includes the introduction of Ci anthology,the description of Ci poets’ life,the explanation of their friends and the circulation of Ci anthology,and the explanation of relevant Ci thoughts.In the aspect of the elucidation of the thought of Ci.As for etymology,there are three theories:One thinks that Ci is the “surplus” of poetry,the other thinks that Ci originates from Yuefu,and the other thinks that Ci originates from“Shi” and “Sao”.As for the stylistic characteristics of Ci,Ci critics in the middle of Qing Dynasty also carried forward their ideas in prefaces and postscripts,which can be summarized as the views on the core,style and temperament.Among them,the essence of Ci can be summed up as “Yuan Qing”,which is the core of Ci.The style of Ci should be elegant and faint,which is closely related to the essence of Ci.In addition,in the middle of Qing Dynasty,Ci scholars assiduously explored the internal rules of Ci rhythm,and believed that the rhythm of Ci should be consonant with sound and rhyme,without any trace.The Ci scholars also made a deep discussion on the two aspects of “respecting the Ci style” and “keeping up the elegance”.As far as “Ti” is concerned,it is slightly different,or the subject is derived from poetry,which is different and of the same origin;Or the subject is different from the poem.In the respect of advocating“elegance”,both in the aspect of creation and in the aspect of criticism,there is a lot of agreement.They all emphasize the rejection of vulgarity and the abandonment of floatation,and regard “elegance” as their religion or “elegance and uprightness” as their worship.In a word,the prefaces and postscripts of Ci Poetry in the middle of Qing Dynasty reflect the deepening and prosperity of Ci Poetry in Qing Dynasty.It is precisely because the theory and creation go hand in hand that the theory of “the Zhongxing of Qing Ci” really deserves its name. |
