Minority female with HIV/AIDS show different degrees of vulnerability to AIDS,which is one of the focus groups.At present,the survival years of HIV / AIDS patients are increasing year by year,and their mental health has become the focus of attention,especially Anxiety and Depression.Anxiety and Depression will not only affect the mental health level of patients,but also affect their compliance for antiviral treatment.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the influence of Social Support and Quality of Life on Anxiety and Depression of minority women with HIV / AIDS from the perspective of key groups,and understand the psychosocial factors behind the emotional and behavioral problems of patients,so as to provide basis for improving their mental health.In this study,quantitative study and qualitative study were used to investigate the status and influencing factors of Social Support,Quality of life,Anxiety and Depression of minority female with HIV/AIDS.In the quantitative study,a total of150 minority female with HIV/AIDS in three border regions of Yunnan Province were selected by cluster sampling method,with an average age of 41.39±9.84 years.There were 56 cases in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture,41 cases in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture,and 53 cases in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture,including 17 ethnic minorities such as Dai,Hani,Jingpo and Yi.There were 58 patients in asymptomatic latency stage and 92 patients in AIDS stage.SSRS,WHOQOL-HIV-BREF and HADS were used for questionnaire survey.In the qualitative study,5 female HIV/AIDS patients were interviewed to further understand the specific source or lack of Social Support of the patients,the specific manifestations of their living status and Quality of Life,the specific manifestations and influencing factors of Anxiety and Depression,as well as the real state and thoughts of personal needs.The results are as follows:(1)The overall level of Social Support of minority female HIV/AIDS patients was significantly lower than the norm(t=-4.99,p< 0.001),and there were significant differences in age,disease stage,economic and marital status.The Social Support level was related to family attitude and sence of disease shame to some extent.(2)The overall Quality of Life of ethnic female HIV/AIDS patients was poor,mainly reflected in the aspects of physiology,psychology,social relationship and independence field(p<0.001),and there were significant differences in age,stage of disease,economic,marital and residence status.(3)Minority female HIV/AIDS patients had a high positive detection rate of Anxiety and Depression(36.00% positive detection rate of Anxiety and 29.33%positive detection rate of Depression),and there were significant differences in marital status and disease stage.Emotional state was related to physical and mental state,treatment duration and social support level.(4)The Social Support,Quality of Life,Anxiety and Depression of female minority HIV/AIDS patients were correlated to different degrees.Both Social Support and Quality of Life can affect the emotional state of patients,among which,Social Support can be a significantly negative predictor of Depression;Quality of Life can be a significantly negative predictor of Anxiety and Depression.(5)The Quality of Life of minority women with HIV / AIDS plays a completely mediating role between Social Support and Depression.(6)The individual needs of female minority HIV/AIDS patients are mainly the needs of basic life and interpersonal communication.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Minority female HIV/AIDS patients had a low level of Social Support,poor Quality of Life,and high positive detection rates of Anxiety and Depression.Minority female HIV/AIDS patients with older age,lower economic income,marital difficulties,and rental housing should be paid more attention.(2)In order to help the minority women with HIV / AIDS with the consideration of actual needs of the patients,measures should be taken to improve the basic life security system,enrich their social networks,and build a good social support system for life quality improvement,so as to alleviate the emotional problems of the patients.
