In recent years,with the rising popularity of the “Chinese language fever”,teaching Chinese as a foreign language has become a hot topic of concern.As an important part of the spread of Chinese in Korea,the "Chinese native language teacher" has also start gaining attention.At the same time,with the introduction of the new curriculum reform,the focus of teaching has shifted from a teacher-centred to a student-centred.Therefore,every Chinese teacher should adapt to the social development,change the traditional teaching concept and improve teaching ability.The teaching process is a dynamic process of learning,and the classroom is essentially a platform for teacher-student interaction.Through a wide range of interactions between teachers and students,it can achieves an effective level of interaction,and then enhance the effectiveness of teaching.In recent years,more and more researchers have begun to pay attention to the professional development of native teachers and Chinese teachers,especially the comparative study of verbal activities between native teachers and Chinese teachers.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to compare the similarities and differences of verbal activities between teachers and students,and to put forward a strategy to improve the effective interaction between teachers and students,on one side to provide useful reference for improving the teaching behavior of native language teachers,on the other side to raise the teaching level and quality of native language teachers and professional development of native language teachers whom spread Chinese in Korea.This study used the method of contrast analysis and class observation to construct a research framework to study the language interaction between teachers and students in Korean middle school class,including the analysis of the five dimensions of speech structure,teacher’s style tendency,classroom emotional atmosphere,classroom stability and question-and-answer speech characteristics.Three sets of videos of native Korean teachers and Korean native language teachers were selected from the sample.Each group of teachers’ class have the homologous isomerism,which showed the verbal characteristics of different national teachers.Through analyzing cases,the paper aims to summarizes the problems existing in the teaching,which including the arrangement of the teacher’s classroom structure,the rationality of the teacher’s language and the rational distribution of time,the simplicity and efficiency of the language whether it can create a pleasant learning environment through reasonable operation or not,and the stability of the classroom.Through the research and analysis of the problems existing in teachers who teaches Chinese in Korea,some constructive suggestions and effective solutions are obtained,some enlightenment for the teachers who will go to Korea to teach Chinese in the future,and the development of the professionalization of the teachers in Hanwon and the smooth development of Chinese teaching in Korea.
