The Resarch On The Teaching Of Diet Vocabulary In Chinese Texbooks

In recent years,the vigorous development of new media has provided a convenient and broad platform for the export of Chinese culture.With Li Ziqi as the representative,tens of thousands of Chinese new media people have pushed the spread of Chinese food culture to a new height.As the carrier of Chinese food culture,food vocabulary plays an important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and spreading Chinese food culture.This paper takes the food vocabulary in New Practical Chinese Textbook and Developing Chinese as the research object.Through literature research,analysis and comparison,qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper studies the differences between Chinese and Western food culture behind the vocabulary and the teaching of food vocabulary.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,which explains the reason,research object,research significance and research method of this paper under the new development background,and combs the theoretical basis related to this paper.The second chapter explores the cultural differences between Chinese and Western food vocabulary,and expounds the function of food vocabulary in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The third chapter,in the form of chart,the "new practical Chinese textbook,and diet in the development of Chinese vocabulary has carried on the classification,and according to the" Chinese proficiency vocabulary and grade outline Chinese characters ",analyzes the two sets of teaching materials in the diet vocabulary difficulty level and arrangement of the similarities and differences,and puts forward the future diet vocabulary arranged to pay attention to the scientific and era of word choice;The fourth chapter takes the food words in two sets of textbooks as the research object and analyzes the original meaning and escape of the food words according to the part of speech classification.The fifth chapter based on the principle of second language vocabulary teaching and methodology,combined with the teaching material content,proposed the "hierarchy,fun,culture" three big diet vocabulary teaching principles and method of "game,collective vocabulary teaching method,multimedia teaching method" and so on seven teaching method,and according to different level of Chinese language learners,design the specific diet vocabulary teaching cases;Finally,on the basis of the design principle of vocabulary cards and the theory of the English translation of dish names,a diet vocabulary teaching card based on the province classification standard was developed,in order to play a substantial role in the teaching of diet vocabulary and the dissemination of Chinese culture.
