The Study Of Disaster Literature In Wei,Jin,Southern And Northern Dynasties

Literature was the main medium to express the reality of disaster and epidemic.Those learned men and great writers used a large number of chapters to give deep concern and sympathy to the victims.Some of these literary works vividly depict the scenes of floods,droughts,locusts,wars and pestilences at that time,while others truly depict the tragic scenes of blood flowing into rivers and bones accumulating.Disaster literature,with its characteristics of paying attention to reality,respecting life and paying attention to individual value,shows the unique spirit of literati and officials,and has profound and lasting influence.There are four chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the creative reasons of disaster and pestilence literature.From the perspective of the occurrence of disasters and pestilence,the characteristics of disasters,and the measures of disaster management and prevention by people at that time,this paper tries to describe the impact of disasters and epidemics on human beings in an all-round way.It is true that large-scale disasters have brought human suffering and disaster.But objectively accelerate the development of the entire society and mankind progress.The second chapter is the general situation of disaster and pestilence literature in Wei,Jin,southern and Northern Dynasties.From the perspective of poetry,Fu,novels and letters,it can be divided into four sections.There are a lot of records about drought,flood,earthquake and pestilence in these literary works,which reflect people’s mental outlook and life consciousness in the Wei and Jin Dynasties.We can understand the cultural ecology and social reality in this era from a new perspective.The third chapter primarily searches for the characteristics of disaster and pestilence literature.This paper analyzes the content characteristics and artistic characteristics of disaster literature works,which is divided into two sections.In terms of content,disaster literature pays close attention to social reality and emphasizes respect and reverence for life;In art,it is characterized by broad description,good at narration and strong criticism.The fourth chapter is the civilization thinking of disaster and pestilence literature.This chapter studies from two aspects: the impact of disaster literature on literati and the impact of disaster literature on the aesthetic of the times.The impact of disaster literature on literati: the social chaos in Wei,Jin,southern and Northern Dynasties brought the most profound life experience to literati,how to realize the limited value of individual life and promote the self-awareness of literati;second,the impact of disaster literature on the aesthetic of the times:These literary works reflect the style of the times,social morality and appreciation of the beauty at that time.They also reflect the expansion of aesthetic vision.
