A Study Of Canal Narration In Xu Zechen’s Novels

As a representative of the post-70 writers,Xu Zechen has demonstrated solid writing skills since the beginning of his writing.Based on the collective recollection and realistic reflection of the post-1970 s generation,the writer keeps thinking about the relationship between man and the world,aiming to make a history of the 1970 s.With a unique perspective and lofty sentiments,his works reflect his literary value in the heavy tone of his works,which are said to "indicate the vision of the soul that one can attain in one’s youth." After the publication of the novel Jerusalem,the canal that has been flowing in Xu Zechen’s works converts from the corner to the center of his works,and Xu Zechen’s feelings about the canal for many years are realized in his novel Up North.The author not only pays attention to the historical and cultural value of the canal,but also pays attention to the environmental protection and ecological significance of the canal.This paper will study the content of the canal narration in Xu Zechen’s novels,the interpretation of the multiple meanings of the canal narration and the strategy of the canal narration.The first chapter explores the canal narrative content.Minister narrative content canal xu were analyzed from the development process of modern subject to historical themes,districts in the series,xu,I took the canal in the text in the story,a writer for the feelings of the canal led to the creation of the "north",the canal as leading role,with the beijing-hangzhou grand canal hundred years of history as the background,subject matter to the historical themes.The second chapter is the interpretation of multiple meanings of canal image.This paper discusses the modern significance of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal from three aspects of its history,culture and ecological value,discusses the value of the canal to modern people from the transformation of the great water conservancy project to the intangible cultural heritage,and studies the protection of ecological environment from the perspective of literary works.The third chapter is the narrative strategy of canal writing.This paper studies the characteristics of Xu Zechen’s canal writing from the perspective of his canal narration writing strategy.Analyze the choice and combination of props in the text story,and analyze the unique implication of various props.This paper analyzes the function of unique narrative writing perspective and structure setting of canal narration,and analyzes the unique application of blank narration and open ending in canal narration.
