Analysis Of The Current Situation And Strategies For The Supply Of Public Cultural Services In Rural Wenzhou

In recent years,with the improvement of my country’s economic and social development,the people’s material life and spiritual and cultural needs have become more abundant.The report of the 19th National Congress points out that the main contradiction of our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development.Public cultural services are the main way to realize,maintain,and develop the basic cultural rights and interests of the people.How to achieve the equalization of basic public cultural services,resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of public cultural services in China’s rural areas,let all people widely share the fruits of cultural system development have become important issues in China’s current cultural construction.This paper focuses on the supply of public cultural services in rural Wenzhou.Through the analysis of the current situation of the supply of public cultural services in Wenzhou,this paper aims to analyze and sort out the root causes of the current problems,and broaden public cultural development ideas;with the goal of narrowing the gap between supply and demand of public culture in rural Wenzhou and improving the satisfaction of the masses,the strategies for the supply of public cultural services in rural Wenzhou contribute to the sharing of the fruits of public culture by all people.Through the analysis of the results of theoretical research,questionnaire,and domestic and foreign experience,we propose countermeasures to strengthen the public functions of the government,optimize the path of cooperation among multiple subjects,improve the operational mechanism of supply,and lay a solid foundation for the construction of Wenzhou as an exemplary area for national public cultural service system.
