| With the acceleration of the pace of life,the public’s psychological pressure increases year by year,more and more people choose to end their lives because they can not effectively deal with the psychological pressure,and mental health problems are no longer lower than simple physical health problems,even mental health issues are more important than physical health.However,there are few researches on mental health,especially from the perspective of health communication,especially in China.Nowadays,the public is more inclined to participate in the process of health maintenance through the network platform,and the wechat public account has become an important channel of health communication,influencing the public awareness of health issues.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to promote the development of mental health communication in China,to perfect the ways and methods of mental health communication in China,and to maintain the public’s mental health needs,it has important practical significance.This paper adopts the methods of Text Analysis and Empirical Research,based on the literature and basic theory of Health Communication,and on the model of KAP,a questionnaire was designed from three dimensions of the audience’s cognition,attitude,emotion and behavior change of the mental health type wechat public accounts,and the overall situation of the communication effect of the mental health type wechat public accounts was investigated,the reliability and validity of the data were tested by SPSS 22.0 software,and statistical analysis was made on the basis of the valid data.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the most concerned "Know Yourself" is taken as the object of the case analysis in this paper.Based on the same KAP model,the Evaluation Index System of the dissemination effect of the mental health-like wechat public accounts is constructed,this system is applied to describe the whole situation of the public accounts of Mental Health Wechat.Secondly,based on the "Know Yourself" articles from January 1,2019 to March16,2020,this paper conducts an empirical study on the wechat public account with the above-mentioned communication effect evaluation index system,at the same time,this paper also analyzes the psychological construction measures and crisis spreading ability of the wechat public account in sudden public events(COVID-19).Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,the problems of WeChat official account in mental health are summarized,and the improvement measures for improving the effectiveness of communication are given.From the three aspects of promotion form,communication mode and communication subjects,the Enlightenment of the WeChat official account on the health communication from media is discussed. |
