A Research On The Postal Service Of Gansu,Ningxia And Qinghai From 1945 To 1949

Gan Ning Qing is located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River,as one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization,communication has a long history.It has gone through the long road of ancient Fengsui post,Daqing post and Zhonghua post,and appeared the civil information office and the unique folk communication mode.These communication methods have played their due role in their respective historical periods.At the end of the Qing Dynasty,the new postal service of Gansu,Ningxia and Qinghai was established one after another,and gradually developed into an official monopoly and public oriented communication organization by taking advantage of its unique advantages.During the period of Anti Japanese War,because Gansu,Ningxia and Qinghai were located in the rear area,a large number of people moved in,which brought opportunities for the development of postal service and made the postal service develop rapidly.From 1945 to 1949,there were both opportunities and challenges for the development of Gan Ning Qing post.The establishment of Gan Ning Qing post administration and the development of Gan Ning Qing culture,education and transportation provided conditions for the development of Gan Ning Qing post.The serious economic crisis,war and other factors posed challenges to the development of Gan Ning Qing post.In this context,under the leadership of the general post office,Gan Ning Qing post administration has actively adjusted the postal service,opened up postal routes,expanded business,strengthened the improvement and adjustment of the postal management system,and revitalized Gan Ning Qing post.However,during this period,Gansu,Ningxia and Qinghai post also faced a variety of difficulties and deficiencies,especially the postal economy has always been facing the dilemma of income not making ends meet.In order to get rid of the predicament,Gan Ning Qing postal administration actively carried out the measures of postal improvement,and achieved good results to a certain extent.Postal institutions are more common,and postal efficiency has been improved.However,the economic losses of postal service are always difficult to solve.This is because the KMT launched a civil war,and the economy collapsed and other factors fundamentally restricted the improvement and development of Gan Ning Qing postal service.In a word,although Gan Ning Qing post was restricted by many factors from 1945 to 1949,its postal business still developed and flourished for a short time.Gan Ning Qing post made great progress in post office,post road construction and postal business.This is mainly reflected in the increasing number of post offices,business volume and types,and the expansion of various postal routes,which surpassed the development scale during the Anti Japanese war.These undoubtedly played a positive role in promoting the economic,educational and cultural development of Gansu,Ningxia and Qinghai from 1945 to 1949,and facilitating people’s life.
