From August 2020 to October 2020,10 field visits were carried out on the Ming Great Wall ruins in Yongdeng County,Gansu.A total of 11,557 meters of the Ming Great Wall ruins in the territory were found,and about 74,074 meters disappeared.There are 13 ruins and 1 Guanbao ruins.Field investigations revealed that the Ming Great Wall in Yongdeng County runs northwest-southeast,running through the middle of Yongdeng County from northwest to southeast.The field investigation concluded that the construction of the Ming Great Wall in Yongdeng County was adapted to local conditions.Some of them were built on the valleys of the rivers and on the mountain beams,and at the same time,the walls were built against the mountains.Field investigation revealed that the Ming Great Wall site in Yongdeng County was poorly preserved and severely damaged.The natural factors that are destroyed include temperature,wind and rain erosion,the growth of plants on the walls,earthquakes,etc.;the human factors that are destroyed include theft of soil,reclaiming farmland,road crossing,railway crossing,access road crossing,house construction,village construction,Climbing walls,vandalism,etc.The above-mentioned destructive factors should be protected from four aspects: laws and regulations,routine patrol,science and technology and strengthening publicity.
