The System And Orthodoxy Shaping Of Suburbs Of Northern Wei Dynasty

After Sima Yan,Emperor Wu of Jin Dynasty,was handed down to Sima Zhen,Emperor Hui of Jin Dynasty.During his reign,the "chaos of the eight kings" broke out.This 15-year struggle shook the foundation of the Western Jin Dynasty and opened the war in the north of the Central Plains for nearly two centuries.The disintegration of Jin Dynasty directly led to the south of the northern minority,one after another to establish political power,occupy a place in the Central Plains.However,the northern national power under the concept of Huayi has always been regarded as an blasphemy,so the northern nation began to face the problem of power legitimacy.In order to maintain the dominant position,they cater to the orthodoxy in Han culture and seek the basis from theory and system to prove the legitimacy of the regime.The Northern Wei Dynasty was established by Xianbei Tuoba after the former,the latter Zhao,the former Yan,the former Qin and the later Qin dynasties.It was built in 389 years,and the five years(439)of Taiyan unified the north,and the country had more than 150 years.It is the only orthodox regime recognized by the Han scholars in the sixteen Kingdoms period.Its process of shaping orthodoxy is embodied in political,economic and cultural aspects,which is very representative for the orthodox movement in the sixteen Kingdoms period of Wuhu.This paper first discusses the measures of shaping orthodoxy in each stage of the Northern Wei Dynasty in the order of time.The theory of destiny and the five virtues have always been the most important theoretical basis of orthodoxy.It is the theory to bring the national power into the sequence of the Central Plains regime and weaken the difference between Hu and Han.Secondly,imitating the Han Dynasty to determine the national system,system construction,is the focus of the Northern Wei shaping orthodox process.In the construction of national system,the construction of etiquette system in the Northern Wei Dynasty is regarded as the core link of system construction.The construction of ritual system is divided into two parts:suburban heavenly etiquette system and patriarchal temple etiquette system.The reform of suburban heavenly etiquette system embodies the transformation of Xianbei Tuoba rulers’ belief in "heaven" and "god ",and is an important symbol of integrating into the " heaven " culture of Han nationality.The construction of the temple ritual system is the product of Tuoba’s ancestors,Ming emperor system and then the unification.Whether it is the monarchy of "heaven" or the patriarchal system of "ancestor ",the construction of suburban temple etiquette in Tuoba Department can be said to be the decisive link in the Northern Wei Dynasty.Orthodoxy construction runs through the Northern Wei Dynasty,through the construction of orthodox measures at all stages,but also with the suburban temple system as a prominent manifestation,in order to reveal that the northern national regime to establish orthodoxy for the stability of the dominant position,In essence,it is the absorption and inheritance of Han culture.
