Research On Female Images In Reform Literature

Reform literature related to Reality closely expresses the people’s idea and appeal with the path of economic reform at the age of Late 1970 s and early 1980 s,which apply a literature meaning to economic reform.What is all known to us that the main role in text is males and takes great advantages,but females is ingored.There is little gap between the reality and text for the females to seek.In this thesis,the female group in typical texts(1970s～1980s)is selected to be studied,Based on the main two features of the female,the one is“Angel”,the other is “witch”,this paper concludes the typical characters of females shaped in the reform literature,and the problems that the females are absent from the economic reform and even constrained are explored,which tries to give a clear elaboration in multiple perspectives.In this thesis,the first chapter mainly starts from the "angel" type of female character,based on the two perspectives of "wife" and "mother" as well as the female "body",the problem is analyzed that the females cannot present themselves wherever the public or the private place.The embarrassing situation of the female subject.The position of wife is also need to recongize by male,and “wife” is absent because of the times.Then the female character “wicked ghost” is put forward to elaborate their behaviors of constructing themselves and Anti-AIienation.Although there shows a tendency that the group of intellectual women try to fight for the right to present,further efforts may incur isolation of society and family.Finally,compared with the male,the status of female is keeping with the path of economic reform,and meanwhile the Awakening of self-expression can be on behalf of constructing themselves.
