With the development of society,innovation has gradually become the most important productivity of an enterprise.Innovative behavior requires employees to pay more resources.Coupled with the prevalence of the dual-employer family model today,the contradiction between employees’ work and family is increasing.In this context,The behavior of familysupported supervisors that can better and more flexibly meet the individual needs of different employees has gradually become a hot spot in the current work-family research field.Exploring the relationship between family-supported supervisors’ behaviors and employees’ innovative behaviors will provide a theoretical basis for improving employees’ innovative behaviors,and provide new ideas for the organization’s management practices.This study took 684 employees in different fields as subjects.From the perspective of social exchange theory,the questionnaire survey method is used to explore the relationship between family-supported supervisors’ behaviors and employees’ innovative behaviors,and established a moderated mediation model to explore leadership the mediation effect of member exchange and the adjustment effect of active personality were analyzed using SPSS26.0statistical software.The results of the study are as follows:(1)There are two-to-two correlations between family-supported supervisor behavior,employee innovation behavior,leader-member exchange,and proactive personality.(2)The behavior of family-supporting supervisors has a positive predictive effect on the innovative behavior of employees.(3)The exchange of leadership members plays a part of the intermediary role between the family-supported supervisor behavior and the employee’s innovative behavior.(4)The proactive personality regulates the first half of the mediating model of familysupported supervisors’ behaviors through the exchange of leaders and influences employees’ innovative behaviors.That is,the proactive personality plays a positive role in regulating the behavior of family supportive supervisors and the exchange of leaders.
