This paper chose Zhong Lihe’s novels as the research object,introduced the talisman theory,and combining with parts of the traumatic memory theory,trying to trace the origin of the talisman’s writing of Zhong’s novels,attempting to clarify the source power of Zhong’s creating and the spiritual appealing contained in his works."Identity myth" and "traumatic memory" are Zhong’s noticeable characteristics.In the autobiographical novel "The Natives",Zhong confided in his identity thinking when he was in Taiwan.Because of deeply influenced by the parents of the original country affection,the author believes that the motherland is his spiritual conversion,and for this purpose,he set foot in the original country to seek identity confirmation.When he in Fengtian and Beiping’s eight-year,once longed for the motherland and the scene after the original village reality formed a huge difference.The author reveals his closeness and loss to his spiritual homeland in the text.And the "traumatic memory" haunts Zhong’s whole life.The author "tried to test the law",break through the traditional custom of "not marrying with the same surname",and marring with Zhong Taimei who has the same surname with him.However,violating tradition,Zhong was doomed to struggle with pain,so the marriage became the trauma swamp,which he couldn’t walk out.Since then,Zhong suffered poverty,lung disease and the loss of his son.Multiple physical and psychological traumas made him transfer them into works.In his full-length work "Lishan Farm",Zhong by means of artistic treatment,which included the situation imitation,identity replacement,contradictory migration and other ways to artistically deal with his own traumatic memory,in order to achieve his "Talisman’s" writing purposes.
