Aesthetic Features Of Tchaikovsky’s Piano Suite Nutcracker

The piano suite "Nutcracker" is adapted from eight works in one of Tchaikovsky’s three dance dramas,"Nutcracker".These eight works are both independent and interrelated,which promotes the suite to form a unified and contrastive relationship as a whole.Starting from the origin of the works,this paper focuses on revealing the dramatic,dance and narrative aesthetic characteristics of the works.
