| In the early 20 th century, with the upsurge of the May 4th Movement,a lot of foreign literature poured into China.Among them,Russian literature has become the most popular learning object for Chinese writers due to its excellent creative level, profound ideological theory and the sense of cultural affinity brought by geographical advantages.Due to the different process of social development, the social status quo and the principal contradiction of the two countries are not the same. Therefore, before the anti-fascist war,Chinese and Russian literature did not have completely parallel influences, but it can still be seen that Chinese anti-japanese novels were influenced by Russian and Soviet novels in the aspects of writing skills, characterization and ideological connotation. This paper adopts the method of influence research and acceptance research, taking the Chinese anti-japanese novels from the 1930 s to the 1960 s as the object, analyzes the causes and performances of the influence of Russian and Soviet literature on the Chinese anti-japanese novels, aiming to fill the gap in the study of the influence of Russian and Soviet literature on the Chinese anti-japanese novels, and at the same time forms a systematic understanding of the status quo of Chinese anti-japanese novels from the1930 s to the 1960 s.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter to the fourth chapter is the main part of the paper. The first chapter, taking Ba Jin’s Fire and Mao Dun’s Corrosion as the main observation objects, analyzes the influence of Tolstoy’s psychological description techniques and humanitarianism of "love" and "repentance" on the ideological shaping and characterization of the two works. The second chapter analyzes the reasons for Turgenev’s influence on Chinese writers from the aspects of social background, aesthetic pursuit, literary shaping and critical object.By comparing the images of "redundant people" in "Ma Bole","The Yellow Storm" and "Mountains",this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the images of "redundant people" in China and Russia under the condition that the principal contradiction of society is different.Taking the different functions of environment description as an example, this paper explores the influence of Turgenev on how to balance criticism and lyricism in the creation of Chinese writers. The third chapter explores how Chinese writers, under the special social background of the Anti-Japanese War,absorb Chekhov’s "little people" perspective and humorous satire to criticize the "national character" and reflect the physical and mental destruction and oppression of ordinary people by the war.The fourth chapter, with the anti-japanese novels of Xiao Jun and Qiu Dongping as the main works, conducts a parallel comparative study with the war novels of Gorky,Fadeyev andСерафимович,and analyzes the Soviet war novels’ deep philosophical observation on the structure and subject matter of Chinese anti-japanese novels as well as the war itself. |
