In 2021,at the start of the “Fourteenth Five Year Plan”,China has put cultural construction in an important position in its work.Culture and its related industries more and more become an vital driving force to promote the good-quality development of economy and society,optimize economic structure and achieve the people’s happy desire.In this creative era,cultural and creative products are even more a new kind of goods products that are constantly emerging with the domestic and foreign situation and the wave of networked digitalization.Due to its own high permeability culture and high added value creativity,Therefore,in international trade activities,the tangible or intangible value and significance contained in the trade of cultural and creative products is far from comparable to that of general trade in goods,and the country further care about that kind of products.So,through the statistical data and country comparison,this paper sum up and analyzes the open question existing in the export process of China’s cultural and creative products,and give some feasible and effective countermeasures and suggestions to solve these questions,so as to promote the development of China’s export trade and have a energetic influence on the domestic economy.By means of comparative analysis and qualitative & quantitative analysis,this paper uses the export data of cultural and creative products from 2002~2015 in the creative economy database of UNCTAD to analyze the open questions existing in the scale and structure of export trade of cultural and creative products in China and to find similarities and differences by country comparison.After the analysis of the current situation and the countries comparison,the diamond model is used to draw the conclusion that there are some problems in our country,such as unbalance export structure,insufficient domestic and foreign demand,lack of related supporting industries,lack of innovation of production enterprises and the insufficient protection of government policies.If we ignore these questions,it will block the good-quality sustainable development of my country’s cultural and creative product trade and even the domestic cultural and creative properties.Therefore,our country should optimize the export structure,achieve balanced development,enhance the added value of the products,active domestic and foreign consumption,innovate and develop based on the splendid traditional culture of the Chinese ethnic,and improve the fusion degree of different fields and cultural and creative industries.
