Research On The Evaluation Of Film Copyright Value Under The Background Of Internet

With the slowdown of my country’s economic growth,the cultural industry has gradually gone up to the height of the national strategy to play a significant role.As a part of the cultural industry,the film industry has also begun to enter the public eye with its huge industrial chain.Moreover,with the proliferation of social media and movie-watching platforms,the Internet is increasingly integrated with the film industry,and the industry chain has changed.Therefore,mining,and analysis the film professional platform related big data,not only may provide reference for film production and promotion,and can also provide investors with corresponding investment and financing decision-making basis.However,in the film rights value evaluation ways,both in theoretical and practical level need to be further innovative and perfect.Based on the existing research,this paper uses Internet big data to mine and analyze related movie platforms,try to establish movie box office revenue forecast model,film rights value evaluation of revenue sharing model is set up.First,analysis of three methods of evaluation in the applicability of the film rights value evaluation,choose the revenue sharing method to construct the evaluation model.Secondly,for the important parameter in the evaluation model—expected income,this article uses relevant data analysis and film industry reports to finally determine that movie box office revenue is the main source of its copyright value,and establishes the basis of script,technical effects,film type,director,and starring.With iwom,schedule and distribution company eight factors to explain the variable multiple regression model,predicts box office revenue,and tries to use outof-sample movie data to verify the rationality of the prediction model.Finally,the domestic film "Only Yun Knows" released in 2019 is selected as the analysis case,and how to determine the four parameters in the revenue sharing method model through specific cases,calculate the film copyright value of the film,And detail by detail analysis model of main parameters on the sensitivity of the value.When predicting the box office of a movie,it turns out that factors such as technical effects,leading actors,scripts,and timing has bigger impact on box office performance.Through the evaluation of the domestic film "Only Yun Knows",it shows that the copyright value evaluation model established in this article is more practical,and through parameter sensitivity analysis,it is found that the box office revenue and revenue sharing rate in the model have the most impact.Undoubtedly,it should be identified in concrete operations to improve the accuracy of the evaluation results.After summarizing the main content,it is pointed out that my country has room for further improvement and expansion in film production,film promotion,and film copyright development and protection,and teases out some of problems and deficiencies in the research of this article,looking forward to the next improvement To promote the development of my country’s film industry.
