The concept of ecofeminism was first proposed by Francoise d’Eaubonne.Ecofeminism is the intersection of feminism, ecology, environmental science, and ethics. The ecofeminist movement aims to change the oppressed status of women, while criticizing anthropocentrism and rocentrism-women’s oppression comes from capitalist private ownership, and private ownership is the product of a patriarchal society. At the same time, ecofeminism proposes "anti-anthropocentrism","anti-patriarchy" and "anti-dualism" to eliminate hierarchical systems, advocate ecological environmental justice, and promote the harmonious development of men and women, and between man and nature. After the industrial age,the rapid economic development and the extreme destruction of the ecological environment gave birth to ecologism, and the deep-rooted male chauvinism promoted the emergence of feminism.Feminism, deep ecology and marksman’s theory of women’s Liberation laid a theoretical foundation for the formation of ecofeminism.Contemporary ecofeminism is endowed with new significance of the times. From the pursuit of individual equal rights to the whole ecosystem, and then to the construction of a harmonious society as the overall goal,it is a process of transformation from ecological feminism to female ecofeminism. In this paper, the in-depth analysis of ecofeminism presents the overall system theory, and puts forward the research value of ecofeminism, which provides the research direction and value for the future of ecofeminism, and provides an important basis for the ultimate liberation of women.Meanwhile, ecofeminism has an essential reference and provides inspirations for the building of our socialist ecological civilization of Chinese characteristics, and provides a new way for the governance of the global ecological environment.
