Xu Dishan And Literature Research Association

Among the writers who grew up under the spirit of the May 4th Movement,Xu Dishan was unique in his strange romantic style and mysterious religious metaphysics.As the initiator and backbone member of the Literary Research Association,Xu Dishan also brought the luster of the May 4th Movement spirit and its own unique life experience and philosophical thinking into the community.The cultural activities and literary creation of Xu Dishan are examined in the background of the development of the community.We can see the deeper cultural factors and help to clarify the basic features of the writers in the community:The first chapter combs the early cultural activities of Xu Dishan from the perspective of community culture,mainly from three aspects: by combing the details of historical materials,restoring the Christian cultural origin and personnel relationship between Xu Dishan and the community;exploring the generation of Xu Dishan writer’s identity under the influence of "May 4th" era environment and Yanda campus culture;and the planning and influence of literature research society on the image of "peanuts" and the literary production of Xu Dishan through literary publications such as monthly novel report.The second chapter in basic unified community cultural spirit in the investigation of xu dishan’s literary practice,to the essence of literature,literary function view,literary viewpoint of race,sex and literary translation works of xu dishan’s literature creation to conduct a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the system to reflect life,guide life and literature to create the ideal national spirit of realism literature and literary community collective cultural spirit of contact were detailed in this paper.Chapter three compares Xu Dishan with the three members —— Bing Xin,Wang Tongzhao and Lao She in the same period of literary research,and analyzes his creation in three aspects:religious spirit,emotional writing and exotic writing,respectively.The conclusion holds that the enlightenment cultural ideal of the May 4th Movement always runs through the spiritual ligament of Xu Dishan and the Literary Research Association.At the same time,Xu Dishan and the Literary Research Association in the community culture field reflect the interaction between individuals and groups.
