Research On The Conservation And Utilization Of The Chengde Mountain Resort

As one of the important tourism resources on which tourism development is based,the quality of its conservation and utilization and the quality of its development are crucial factors affecting the development of local tourism.The tourism development is also an important way and the main way to promote the value of cultural heritage.Chengde is one of the major tourist cities in Hebei Province,and the Mountain Resort is the most representative,valuable and resource-endowed cultural heritage in the Chengde area.The reasonable,scientific and efficient protection and utilization of the Mountain Resort is not only related to the realization of the value of the Mountain Resort itself,but also has a very close relationship with the overall tourism development and cultural tourism integration in the Chengde area.At present,regional tourism has gradually replaced traditional tourism as the latest situation and development theme of China’s tourism,becoming a hot spot for academic attention and research,and national and local governments are also actively promoting the transfer of regional tourism from abstract concept to practice.The development of all-area tourism puts forward new requirements for the protection and utilization of cultural heritage,and provides a new direction for the innovation of cultural heritage development ideas.The integration of cultural heritage protection and utilization into the development of region-wide tourism is the only way to achieve sustainable development of cultural heritage and the positive mutual promotion of cultural heritage and economic and social development in the region.In the Chengde region,the creation of a regional tourism demonstration area,the Mountain Resort should play a role in promoting,leading role.However,there are currently problems of lagging,solidification,homogenization,homogeneity,and isolation in the conservation and development and utilization of the Mountain Resort,which do not match the value of the resort itself and the requirements for the development of the whole region of Chengde,and restrict the sustainable development of the Mountain Resort itself and Chengde.Through literature research and field studies,this study analyzes the current situation and problems in the conservation and utilization of the Mountain Resort,starting from the analysis of the heritage composition and value of the Mountain Resort.Then,taking the existing problems and development needs as the guide,we explain the concept of all-area tourism,examine the Mountain Resort from the perspective of all-area tourism,analyze the necessity of improving the conservation and utilization of the Mountain Resort under the perspective of all-area tourism,analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of integrating the Mountain Resort into the creation of all-area tourism,and lay the foundation for the countermeasures.Ultimately,this study combines the elements of the concept of all-area tourism and proposes countermeasures for the conservation and utilization of the Mountain Resort from five levels: all-resource,all-industry,all-time,all-society,and systematic multi-marketing.The proposed countermeasures have a positive effect on promoting the Mountain Resort to adapt and integrate into the new situation of the development of all-area tourism,promoting the sustainable development of the resort itself and the creation of the Chengde all-area tourism demonstration area.Thinking from the perspective of the whole area of tourism will also provide new ideas and directions for the protection and utilization of the Mountain Resort.
