With the continuous development of network technology and the continuous improvement of the influence of animation culture,teenagers can read comics and watch cartoons and animated films more conveniently and quickly.Animation works have a subtle influence on the three perspectives and behaviors of teenagers.The contemporary youth group is shouldering the great task of national rejuvenation.Animation works are a double-edged sword.The positive factors in animation works can make people feel happy physically and mentally,burn their yearning for a better life,and improve their ability to resist setbacks and pressures in study and life.The negative factors of animation works can demoralize people and even cause them to take extreme actions.Teenagers’ excessive consumption of animation surrounding and excessive infatuation with 2-dimensional characters will also produce adverse consequences.As a guide for the growth of young people,ideological and political workers can neither treat all animation works as a flood of beasts and a blanket,nor can they ignore the phenomenon that some young people are addicted to animation culture and cannot extricate themselves.This paper first expounds the meaning of animation culture and the ideological and political education function of animation culture: improve cultural identity,shape the correct three concepts,model demonstration and improve interest in learning.Animation culture has the characteristics of dissemination interest,audience universality,media diversity and emotional identity.Integrating animation culture into Ideological and political education is conducive to the dissemination of Ideological and political education.Japanese anime includes all kinds of good and bad ideas.Some cartoon works suitable for the socialist core values of our country deserve our attention.Some animation works that do not conform to the socialist core values of our country require us to go to their dregs.Through the questionnaire,this paper analyzes and summarizes the positive and negative effects of Japanese animation culture on young people,and proposes to give full play to the positive effects of Japanese animation culture,and puts forward suggestions from the perspectives of schools,parents,government and individuals for the adverse effects: first,we should give play to the leading role of college counselors and teachers,and recommend students to watch positive animation Secondly,we should encourage parents to face up to their children’s favorite animation culture and explore the real reasons for their children’s addiction to animation culture,Thirdly,the government should vigorously support China’s local animation works,standardize the animation grading review mechanism,crack down on pirated goods,and safeguard intellectual property rights.At the same time,colleges and universities should vigorously cultivate local animation professionals,and occupy China’s animation market with excellent domestic works.Finally,the government should promote the development of domestic animation industry The youth group should stimulate the spirit of pursuing dreams,improve the ability of self-restraint,reasonably control the time of surfing the Internet,turn their interests into careers,and use their hobbies to realize their life value.Finally,it also puts forward some suggestions on the creation of animation works with Chinese characteristics that reflect the requirements of the new era.In the new era,animation works with Chinese characteristics that reflect the spirit of the new era should be produced,and Chinese values should be used to move the global animation audience,so as to achieve both teaching and entertainment.
